Abstract

Dr. Chang will be highlighting in her talk, how she integrated clinical perspectives with quantitative research. After earning her master’s and doctoral degrees in biostatistics, she built her career across diverse sectors—from non-profit research organizations to the pharmaceutical industry. Drawing from her cross-disciplinary experiences, she will offer insights into the evolving role of biostatistics in data-driven healthcare, strategies for navigating career transitions, and lessons learned from working at the interface of science, collaboration, and innovation.​
